  • Staffing current clients
  • Coordinating client/candidate schedules
  • Assisting Account Management Team
  • Conduct market research, identify qualified professionals for client needs
  • Ascertaining, establishing and developing resources to identify and attract medical coding professionals for contract, contract to hire and direct hire placements
  • Networking
  • Place contract, contract to hire, and direct hire professionals with UCS clients
  • Screen/interview potential applicants/candidates
  • Confirm candidate compliance with drug screening
  • Confirm/verify any and all licensure/credential requirements
  • Negotiate offers with potential candidates
  • Complete reference checks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, both internally and externally, by building personal credibility and trust
  • Establish client expectations and effectively communicate to appropriate candidates
  • Present job offers to consultants
  • Negotiate consultant salaries
  • Confirm candidate schedules
  • Confirm and authorize consultant time cards for issuance of candidate compensation
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with applicants and consultants
  • Manage/redeploy consultants
  • Support consultant retention and problem solving
  • Assist consultants regarding various issues that may arise while on assignment or in the process between assignments
  • Notify Account Executives of candidates eligible for redeployment when coming off projects prior to their release
  • Notify Account Executives of candidate availability for placement in open vacancies and ensure adequate candidates available for client placement needs
  • Review and monitor consultant productivity
  • Coordinate travel and remote employee logistics in an extremely fast-paced environment
Qualifications/Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent level of staffing/industry experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Description
  • Development, maintenance and retention of client relationships for the placement of our contract, contract for hire and direct hire placement professionals
  • Develop sources for potential clients, establishing/initiating potential client contact
  • Complete potential client profile and identify potential client personnel needs
  • Schedule and conduct potential new client consultation/meeting
  • Identify, develop and implement plans and strategies to expand new client relationships and identify new client opportunities within the marketplace
  • Market UCS consultants and recruiting services to potential and existing clients
  • Market UCS through networking, professional organizations, trade shows, in-person presentations and marketing calls
  • Negotiate contracts with new and existing clients
  • Conduct follow-up telephone calls, conferences and meetings to ensure client satisfaction and troubleshoot
  • Forecast/anticipate client demands, market trends and geographic region demands
  • Establish/identify client demand and expectations and communicate with respective individuals at UCS
  • Establish relationship between client and recruiter assigned to provide consultant placements
  • Provide recruiter with client placement needs and discuss client expectations
